"your eyebrows must not be covered by your fringe." Eddie: eh cher, what if i shave away my eyebrow? Mrs Ng: then you will see an advertisement nxt day on the TV about 'the guy without eyebrows'. lols, then they just keep crapping n crapping. about alot of things. hahas~ after that had EL dabate course. Zzzz, results are all out. turned out like shit. failed two subjects. gotten an F9 for humanities and D7 for science. and my marks dropped alot for both maths. after that cried abit in class. around 10 seconds then ok le :D didnt eat for recess. went hall emo :x jkjks~ hahas! see Raynian play piano. after that Kalinda came up after she finished eating ;D after recess went back class. got tis english enrichment thingy. Zzz, i swear that its super boring :x after school had councilor meeting. around 3pm plus released, decided to go slack around with Kalidna, Ong Ting and Doggie Z ;D went kfc as usual =.= and only Ong Ting ate. then we cop from her ;D after that Z suggested on having cup noodles. then after Ong Ting ate finish, we went 7-11 buy cup noodles. Kalinda went home cos her mum's nagging. then Me, Zar and Ong Ting went skcc ;D usual slacking place. hahas~ Zhen Yu and Jonathan came after that. then we were admiring the 'scenery' from fifth floor. then there's this tree which is said to be haunted. so we began talking about ghost stories ;DD about our school's most famous place, F blk :X got the headless wan, the girl in uni and alot alot. then what happened during camps :x got some is super memorable for me de :x thn still got my primary sch's story also ;DD after that we slacked till around 6.15pm and went off. reached home around 5 minutes time ;D after that bathed and didn't have dinner. went used com awhile and watched TV lor. thn now left with nth to do. gonna slp early today. didn't have enough slp this few days TT what is the problem with you? whatever i get for my results, you were never happy. you always expect too much from me. do you know where my limits are? i'm not a genius like my sis okay. if you think it's so easy to get all pass, and it's so easy to reach your high expectations, wanna try doing my paper? see if you can reach your own expectations. if cannot, just shut up and live your own life okay. i know you're embarassed to have me as your daughter, cos you said that you have no face to see my teacher. fine. so don't acknowledge me as your daughter when you're outside okay? and don't expect me to call you 'mum'.
oh i'm so freaking tired now :x can't really rmb what happened ytd. all i can rmb is that i watched Boys Over Flowers ;D after that went online and blah blah blah. off com around 2am and off to bed. strange thing is, i can't get to sleep -.- and i don't know why. until 5am i decided to msg full-time entertainer (David) cos he never sleeps most of the time ;D turns out that he's awake :x cos he say he's leaving for Genting at 6am. msg-ed halfway, and i finally fall sleep at 5.30am!! today, i freaking woke up at 8am =.= which means 2.5hours of slp only. was super tired. but didn't go back to sleep. afternoon went out with family. Daddy dropped me and my sis at bugis. hohoho!! spent alot of $$ :X wallet started off with a $150 and ended with a pathetic $4 o0ps, can't blame us, cos GSS is here! ;D officially starts on 29th May okay! gonna shop till i die! :x went bugis junction, walk walk walk.. then, we saw ADIDAS shop!! ;D and the best thing is, there's this sign which says: SALE then me and my sis quickly chiong inside :x went to see Adidas Original's first before moving on to Adidas Missy Elliot. cos Adidas Missy Elliot more ex mah~ :x :x saw this super chio de white jacket.. LOVE AT FIRST SIGHT! ;D then i looked at the price tag. the price tag was also very chio :x $179!! so forget it. shall just continue using my current ones cos i still love them ;DD walked around and saw this water bottle. new arrival!! very nice ;D but then the colour sucks. it's brown colour at the bottom then slowly blend into transparent at the top. and it's $22 not worth it. shall wait until more colours come out(hopefully black) then i buy ;D walked out the shop empty handed DD; shopped all the way till 7pm then we decided to go to the new shopping centre. Iluma!! ;D damn chio, damn cold. went in and first thing we saw was this shop that's not opened yet. then there's this big big adidas logo ;D then write: opening soon woooooots!!! happy happy. then took the long long escalator. directly to 4th floor sia :x went to the arcade and see see look look. nice sia, everything is so new. then there are alot of those catchers. but thn probability of catching the toys are super low. normally on the catcher, they got 3 of that kiap kiap thingy :x but then this wan, only got 2 -.- cheat money de :x :x then got alot of things sia, not only those normal soft toys and sweets, got adidas perfume leh! got see this kind of machine b4 anot! :x was tempted to go and catch, but then i think that it will be more realistic to just go to adidas shop and buy instead of wasting money trying to grab it :X walked around, then saw another interesting machine. results are out -,- today morning, first thing that scared me was Jie Hao. he walked to me and suddenly say, "eh my class only 2 passed Amaths paper!!" and i was like super super shocked -.- failed badly for SS. Miraculously passed my eng ;D and i passed my chem for the first time this year! told u that i feel smarter when i'm sick :X didn't pass really well also though :x chinese okok lah. but expected better. hmms, today camp was a total disaster =.= it started off quite well, cos theres only us(councilors) we were in council room chatting and Jon was doing all the entertainment. after that we went to canteen, and found out that the classes already left -.- things start to get worse from here -,- they RAN to compasspoint, and we met Mansor, Syafiq, Aufar, Liyen, Angelina, Kang Qiao etc. they all by coincidence. after that took MRT to habourfront. dun have ezlink cos mine with my sis =.= so Jon helped me pay by using all his coins. thanks (: after that went to find 1A, 1B, 2A and 2B. they were at the national park there. thn we were trekking -,- felt like Pulau Ubin huh.. and finally we caught up with them. and we complained to Mr Eugene Ng. then he was like, "aiya, if it was me huh, i will just say forget it. and u all will wait for us in sch. but since Alan(Mr Lim) ask you all to come then....." lols, after that saw Mr Lim. X.X then shout, "Eh Alan!!! we come all the way here from sengkang! how can leave without us!! u owe us a drink! I'M SICK! woke up at 6am today. felt super sick and no appetite. then just go school. early rite? ;D reached school, decided to take temp. and surprisingly, my temp was 38.8°C. lols, then after that Doggie (Zar) came. then revise tgt lor. after vell ring went back class. got temp taking :x then my actual tem was 38.9°C. after that i go take one more time, then the temp reach 37.0°C, i off my thermometer then show cher. eh dun mean to lie de okays, if not they send me home, then my chem jiu bye bye liao. :x but paper was not bad :D or do i turn smarter when i'm sick? :x but do until want die want die lah. very dizzy :x after exam took temp again. and my temp was a bloody 39.5°C went compass kfc, without eating :x we just sit there lor, after that 1 bunch of 3G and 3E people walked in. lols, Taff, Glen, Oscar, Kenny, Wei Feng, Jun Wei, Aaron and alot :x like 1 whole gang liddat. after that homed around 11am. first thing to do, bathe, then sleep!! ;DD slp all the way till 7.30pm :x took temp again, it was a freaking 39.9°C thn called my mum and told her that i'm sick. and she was like screaming over the phone and ask me go see doc -,- the thing is, the clinic beside my hse nvr open lor ;D so stayed at home, with nth to do -,- didn't eat for 1 whole day sia.. except for a cup of milo just now ;D this is the very first time i fell sick during exam period :x nvms, by tomorrow should be okay liao. if not, then too bad lor :x nth to post liao ;D
have been studying chem for the past 3~4 hours.. super tired now.. and i find it super cold today. is the weather really cold or am i falling sick? this year totally sucks and it's already mid year before i even realised. really can't find the motivation to study at all D; another 4 more papers and i shall go crazy straight after my last paper. though i know i can only be crazy in that short period of a few days. when results and progress report comes out, i cannot be crazy even if i want to D: i can already picture myself holding onto my Amaths results and crying. and next thing is to crush away the whole paper. thinking back, i think that i really did crap for my Amaths. how can i expect myself to pass with such a crappy work? she said all we did was rubbish. R-U-B-B-I-S-H Zzz, forget about getting an A1 when i can't even get a B4. i've NEVER been so worried about maths before. this is the FIRST time i'm so worried about maths, and the FIRST time i am going to fail my very FIRST Amaths exam. !@#$%^&* somehow i wish that my mum can give me a good whack or something like she used to when i was in primary school. at least she can whack my senses out. now all she only do is to ask me to do my best, scold, or threaten me. amaths paper was totally a disaster DD; emaths was okay, but some things forgot how to do. after that was Amaths paper. estimated 30+ marks gone.. so 80% i will fail amaths paper. sadded!! the very first time take amaths exam, then fail?! DD; and for once, I HATE MRS NG!! :x she cheat my feelings, tell me the paper will be easy! D; after tat went staff room with Kalinda to find Mr Tang. ask him teach us abit of chem, then just nice saw Mrs Ng inside. and we shout, "Mrs Ng!! *gesture her to come out*" and you know what she said?!! currently at cousin's house. went punggol for dinner with counsin's family. after dinner went compass with "my sis, 2biaojies and 1 of their boyf and biao ge. and body shop got sale!! last day :x then my sis bought alot of things :x shopped around, went timezone, and ended up in Mac. had ice cream and biao jie's boyf drove us to cousin's house. my parents they all already there liao. watched Golden Horse awards, which dun interest me at all. then my sis they all were discussing about artists who are gays. :x quite alot sia -,- Eg: 715(he's married to _______), Pornsak, Elvin Ng(suspected), huang lu jiang, and this guy who acted in perfect cut 2 as sky :x gays are everywhere -,- had nth else to do, so decided to come here and blog. and saw my biao ge's sword ;D damn nice lah, and very heavy :x got take pic ;DD thats all liao, might be home late.

As a result of a research made recently, scientists proposed a theory, according to which chocolate improves the ability to perform arithmetical calculations.
After volunteers who took part in the experiment were administered a big quantity of a substance called flavonol, contained in chocolate and hot cocoa, they have shown good results in solving arithmetical tasks. Flavonol, being one of the substances also known as polifenols, increases the flow of blood into the brain.
Professor David Kennedy, the manager of the research center, which studies brain and nutrition facts, in Northumbria University, also a co-author of the study, backs the results of the study.
During the research, 30 volunteers were supposed to count in reverse order, by jumping over every 3 numbers, beginning with a random number, chosen by the computer from 800 to 999.
The research showed that they were counting faster and with more exactness after drinking hot chocolate.
However, this result wasn't confirmed when the group was asked to count in reverse order, but by jumping over every 7 numbers, a fact which scientists describe as a more complicated task, requiring the activity of another area of the brain.
Another result of this research also showed that after drinking chocolate, volunteers weren't feeling tired, even when asked to count again and again for an hour.
During the study, each of the volunteers received 500 mg of flavonol.
Apart from the fact that such a big quantity usually isn't contained in a common ration, scientists say that people should regularly get a big quantity of flavonol from fruits and vegetables.
According to Emma Wightman, one of the leading researchers, 100g of chocolate contain approximately 100 mg of flavonol, that's why they plan to study the effect of such small doses of flavonol on the brain.
Besides, dark chocolate seems to have more of these chemical substances than milk chocolate.
According to professor Kennedy, the participants in the experiment were given more flavonol than usually contained in daily food, and, since there are proofs that in big quantities it can prevent lowering work ability, it means it would be better for one to consume more fruits, vegetables and other products that contain a big quantity of polifenols, to maintain a good brain work capacity.
